The ground floor comprises a single, bright open space with large sliding windows that open to a portico that looks out at the sea. An ingenious double-sided fireplace divides the space into two areas, one a living area with sofas and TV, and the other a splendid dining area with a large oval table able to comfortably accommodate 12 seated people. From the dining room there is direct access to a hyper-equipped kitchen, separated from the living area by a glass window. A guest bathroom can also be found on the ground floor.
The upper floor is accessible through a staircase, which leads to another panoramic living room equipped with a bar and sofas. The upper floor comprises also of the night zone, which has four bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom.
Perhaps the most magical aspect of the property is the opportunity it gives guests to spend as much time as they like to relax beside the pool, as they follow the crystalline sea in all its moods. The infinity pool, irregularly shaped to follow the form of the land, has a rock feature and a tiny beach where you can lie on a lounger with paradisiac views of the coast. Behind the swimming pool, trees provide some very welcome summer-time shade.
