Set on a promontory overlooking the sea, above the village of Acquedolci, the villa has splendid views of the Aeolian Islands and Tyrrhenian coast. Contemporary in style, with clean, uncluttered lines, with low whitewashed buildings set around three sides of a central courtyard, it fits harmoniously into its surroundings.
The villa is all on one level. The daytime zone comprises a large fully equipped kitchen (with separate pantry) and a dining area which opens onto the patio, comfortably designed for indoor or outdoor eating. Then there’s a conversation area with light flooding through large windows; and next to that is a bathroom.
The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms (two double and one convertible twin) all overlooking the garden; the three bedrooms share the large bathroom. In the back of the villa on the large rear terrace is BBQ area with professional equipment. A gentle slope leads down to the pool area, designed in a very original way with shallow side pools for children and steps making for an easy access into the water. Poolside there is an outdoor bar, a solarium with relaxation area, an outdoor shower, changing rooms and a bathroom.
